Privacy notice

Last updated 2026-08-26.

The short version

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third-party scripts. The typeface is served from this domain, so opening a page here does not contact Google. No form on this site is live yet, so there is nothing here to fill in and send.

Two things do happen. Our hosting provider keeps standard server access logs, which include your IP address. And if you email or call us, we keep what you send in order to reply. That is the entire scope of this notice; the sections below say the same thing at greater length.

1. Who we are

SVAIO TECH Pvt Ltd, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India, operates www.svaiotech.com. Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 we are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described here. Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies to a particular interaction, we are the controller for the same data.

2. What this website does, and does not do

Each of these is a specific claim you can check.

No analytics.
We run no web analytics of any kind. We do not know how many people visit this site, or which pages they read.
No cookies.
This site sets no cookies and writes nothing to local storage. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
No third-party content.
Every asset on every page — stylesheet, script, icon, typeface — is served from this domain. The Inter typeface is downloaded when the site is built and served from here, so your browser never requests it from Google.
One script.
The only JavaScript on the site opens and closes the navigation menu on small screens, and prefetches a page when you hover its link so it opens faster. Both stay within this site and send nothing anywhere.
Server logs.
Our hosting provider records standard access logs for the requests it serves: the IP address, the time, the page requested, the browser’s user-agent string and the referring page. We use them to keep the site available and to investigate abuse.
No live form.
Where you would expect a form on this site, you will find our email address and phone number instead. We would rather give you something that works than a form that quietly goes nowhere.

3. If you contact us

Emailing contact@svaiotech.com or calling +91 9958681642 sends us whatever you choose to put in the message — usually your name, your company, a way to reply, and a description of what you are trying to do.

We use it for one purpose: to reply, and to continue the conversation you started. We do not add you to a mailing list. We do not sell, rent or share it with anyone for their own purposes.

Please do not send us confidential information, or personal details about other people, before we have agreed how to handle them.

4. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence while the conversation is live, and then for 24 months, so a thread that resumes later can be picked up. After that we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

5. Your rights

If you are in India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives you the rights below. You exercise any of them by writing to the address in section 6.

  • Access. A summary of the personal data of yours we are processing, what we are doing with it, and who we have shared it with.
  • Correction and erasure. To have inaccurate data corrected or completed, and to have data deleted when it is no longer needed for the purpose you gave it for.
  • Grievance redressal. To raise a complaint with us about how we have handled your data, and to escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if our answer does not resolve it.
  • Nomination. To nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity.

If you are in the EU or the UK, you additionally have the rights the GDPR provides — including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection — and the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

6. How to reach us about this

Write to contact@svaiotech.com with “Privacy” in the subject line. We will respond to any request under section 5 within the period the applicable law allows.

We have not yet appointed a named grievance officer. Until we do, requests and complaints sent to the address above are handled by the people who run the company, and this notice will be updated when that changes.

7. Changes

When this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. We expect the next change to be the one that adds a section about enquiry forms, once those are live — at which point this page will say what is collected, where it is stored and who processes it, before the first form is switched on.
